At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all coffee equipment and accessories are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused coffee gear in its original box along with all manuals and components to ensure safe transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
